Victoria Birch Interiors takes a considered approach to contemporary design, integrating unexpected elements to create one-of-a-kind environments that are as comfortable as they are sophisticated.

Victoria’s residential projects in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts reflect a distinctive aesthetic born of a unique combination of professional, academic and life experiences. Born and raised in New York City, Victoria earned a BA in Architectural Studies from Brown University, and landed her first job as a design assistant with the prestigious Manhattan-based designer and antiquarian Steven Sclaroff, while still in college. Her next career move catapulted her across the country for a two-year stint with celebrated Los Angeles interior designer Kerry Joyce.

Passionate scholarship, spirited originality and well-grounded practicality are the stamps of everything Victoria creates. During five years with the renowned German art publisher TASCHEN, she quickly rose to Editor and honed her exceptional ability to tell strong visual stories and to spearhead dynamic project-management teams.

Victoria went on to earn a Master’s in Fine and Decorative Art from Sotheby’s Institute and a certification in interior design and drafting from the New York School of Interior Design.

Victoria’s travels deeply enrich her multicultural perspective and keen photographic eye. Her 12-year practice of yoga nurtures the mindfulness, balance and positive energy she brings to every professional relationship and design project.

Years of rigorous training and travel across continents and cultures have instilled the guiding principle of my work: a strong vision and deep respect for the past, present, and future of the spaces I design and of the unique individuals who inhabit them.
